organizations, in cooperation with the private sector, will be the hostssupporting SMEs in terms of <strong>ICT</strong> application, with a target of at least100,000 SMEs involved by <strong>2006</strong>.The government must create measures enabling SMEs to benefit from <strong>ICT</strong>utilization in their administration. Examples are: tax incentives (SMEs beingable to deduct more than 100% of their <strong>ICT</strong> investment); and specialinterest rate for those SMEs that develop standard systems accounting andfinance.The interconnection of the basic <strong>ICT</strong> systems for SMEs in each industry(2) Establishing an agency to oversee e-commerce for the OneTambon One Product schemeThe objective is to develop the administration system of the government'sOne Tambon One Product (OTOP) scheme into complete electronic system.A neutral body is to be responsible for e-commerce administration of thescheme.
