This will be undertakenbased on the data standard of the card-reading machine, the securitysystem, and the communication method of the card and reading machine.The planning and implementation of the system is based on convenience,safety, durability, cost-effectiveness, high quality and uniform standardacross the same database. This will also promote local production of boththe necessary hardware and software as much as possible, with Thailandbeing a manufacturing base of cards and software.
