This inputhas had a direct impact on the trading performance of the business,with growth of turnover and EBITDA only fettered this year by theinclement weather experienced during the peak spring/summer2012 trading periods.Whist the business has only been under the control of the Directorsfor some 30 months, the <strong>Club</strong> is being offered for sale following anumber of approaches that have been received for the business.
