The Board of Education is requested to adopt the resolutions for the Annual Budget Voteand Trustee Election to be held on Tuesday, May 15, 2012.F. The Board of Education is requested to adopt the following resolution:XII. AdjournmentRESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Commack Union Free SchoolDistrict shall hold a special meeting on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at HubbsAdministration Center for the purpose of adjourning immediately into Executive Sessionand on Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at Commack High School, Scholar Lane,Commack, NY for the purpose of immediately adjourning into Executive Session; at 7:00p.m. the Board shall reconvene in public session for the purpose of holding its RegularPublic Meeting.Public Participation: Any person wishing to make comments or raise questions shall state his/hername and address.
