4.2 The number of Repurchase Shares shall be calculated in accordance with Final PeriodRepurchase Shares formula, save that any reference to “Final Period Repurchase Shares” and “FinalPeriod Trigger Date” shall be deemed to be reference to “Repurchase Shares” and “End Date,”respectively; and4.3 Pursuant to the Repurchase being implemented, the Trust will hold Unencumbered Sharesand be entitled to the full Dividend payable on such shares by the Company and will holdno Subscription Shares. The number of Final Period Unencumbered Shares will be determinedas the difference between the Subscription Shares held by the Trust at the End Date and the numberof Subscription Shares repurchased by the Company under paragraph 4.2 above.42
