Floodwarning remains in effect for Chester County until 0630 Tuesday, specifically the EastBranch of the Brandywine in area of Downingtown.Today expect rain with a high near 48. Breezy, with a southeast wind 17 to 20 mph, withgusts as high as 49 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%.
