TheCimarosa fund is a closed-end real estate fund with property assets with a market value of 324 million euro, consisting of 10buildings, chiefly for commercial/office use, the majority leased and located in the Italian cities of Milan and Rome.Generali Immobiliare Italia Sgr (property management company) was set up as part of the Generali Group’s assetmanagement operations in 2006, to broaden the range of investment managers active in alternative asset classes. This is awholly owned subsidiary of Generali, which will manage the real estate portfolio in the fund.Specifically, it focuses on the creation, promotion and management of closed-end real estate funds for professional investorsand on advisory services for the Generali Group on direct and indirect property investments. He then moved on to Gillette where he wasthe Area Business Manager, South Asia Markets. Jayant has worked as Country Head - India of DHL Worldwide Express,Continental Beverages - Moscow & Russia and Soulife Entertainment Holdings Inc - New York , USA , where he was ChiefOperating Officer. Later he moved to Coca Cola India as their Regional Vice President, Western Region. Prior to joining theFuture Group’s Future Generali India LIC Ltd he was the Executive Director, Western Region of Bharti Airtel Limited.Derek Chan – President and CEO, Generali Pilipinas Derek has more than 30 years of experience in the field of GroupLife Insurance business. He started his insurance career in American International Assurance (AIA) as Retirement FundAdministrator and moved to Everbest Insurance Services as Group Insurance Manager before joining the AXA Group in1979. He worked with AXA Group for 25 years holding various senior executive positions including Chief General Managerand Chief Executive Officer prior to his joining. He earned his BS Degree in Commerce, major in Economics from theUniversity of Wisconsin (USA). He is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and a Life Member of Life Underwriters Associationof Hong Kong (LUAHK).Guan Han Oh – CFO and Executive Vice President of Finance & Office, Generali Pilipinas, started his career workingin the audit department of one the big four accounting firms for five years, then he joined several insurance companies inMalaysia headed the Finance Department of respective companies. Before joining GP, he was the CFO of Tahan InsuranceMalaysia Berhad, a subsidiary of a public listed company.Giovanni D’Egidio – Manager, Trade Credit Insurance Hong Kong Branch Giovanni (Gianni) will be in charge ofunderwriting and business development and he will also be responsible for the daily administration and operation of theTrade Credit Insurance team in Hong Kong. Gianni has more than 10 years of experience in trade credit insurance. Prior tojoining the branch, he worked with SACE BT and Euler Hermes in Italy as Policy Underwriter.Ren Ping – Area Manager, GEB Asia Pacific Prior to joining GEB, Ren Ping has worked with various multinational andlocal insurance corporations and brokers in the area of sales and marketing management. He is based in the Shanghaioffice of Generali China , and will be focusing on Sales and co-ordination of Marketing and Administrative services for GEBmarket in mainland China . Ren Ping will further enhance GEB’s level of services and strengthen the network in China.

In 1880 Generali published the firstissue of Mittheilungen, a German language bulletin for employees and agents operating in the territories of the AustrianEmpire. The publication provided data relating to the Company’s activity, market figures and technical articles. Thirteen yearslater in 1893 the first issue off the Il Bollettino was published in Italian for Italian employees.
