At State level each PEA will prepare there own contract wise annual procurementplan with assistance from SPMU. Procurement plans of each PEA will then be consolidatedand approved at the State level by SPMU. Similarly, SPMU will prepare its procurement planfor services to be hired. At National Level NPMU will also prepare annual procurement planfor works, goods, and services to be procured by them during the year. However, to start withProcurement Plan has been prepared for the first 18 months of operation and include relevantinformation on all goods, works consulting services, training and capacity building to beundertaken under the Project as well as the scheduling of each milestone in the procurementprocess.
