ANNEX COPERATIONAL CHECKLISTSThis annex should contain operational checklists for use during a COOP event. This annex andspecific title of operational checklist should be referenced in the plan to encourage utilization ofchecklists when plan is activated. A checklist is a simple tool that ensures all required tasks areaccomplished so that the organization can continue operations at the alternate location.Additionally, checklists are valuable training tools and simplify plan updates by potentiallylimiting the impact of changes on other parts of the plan.Checklist can be used to list responsibilities of a specific individual, COOP team or the stepsrequired to complete a specific task.
