The Carnation-<strong>Duvall</strong> Citizen Corps coordinates local volunteer efforts in<br />
response to a national request for volunteers by President Bush. We <strong>of</strong>fer<br />
classes in community emergency response team (CERT) training beginning<br />
in March and September. Other programs include Medical Reserve Corps,<br />
Neighborhood watch plus, Fire corps, Citizens on Patrol/Volunteers in the<br />
Police and Carnation-<strong>Duvall</strong> amateur Radio Club. We also sponsor Red<br />
Cross CPR/First Aid and Shatter Operations Classes. These programs aim<br />
to make our communities stronger, safer and better prepared. Visit our<br />
