Every Wednesday, beginning June 6 thru September 26; 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm. The Market is closed on Wednesday, July 4. Located on 1st Avenue (between Stella and Stephens streets), the Duvall Farmers Market will be filled with Farmers from all over the State of Washington and the Snoqualmie Valley area bringing with them a bountiful selection of organic and locally grown fruits, vegetables, bouquets of flowers, plants and herbs, honey, cheeses, breads and hand dipped Belgium Truffles, just to name a few! The market also features handcrafted items like jewelry, lavender herbal soaps, candles, and other wonderful items for body, bath or home. Fun and informative weekly sponsored activities for children and adults alike. Miller’s offers a wide variety of classes drawing, in particular, on the talents of residents in the Snoqualmie Valley. Classes include painting, soap making, drawing, basketry, photography, environmental education and meditation. Miller’s has a small gift shop featuring locally made and fairly-traded products. Miller’s also has performances, dances & community meetings. We also offer Community Swing & Variety Dance on the third Sunday of every month. We offer art classes for ages 5 through adult in painting, drawing, sculpting, wheel throwing, printmaking and more. You’ll find the finest teachers in the Valley leading classes which emphasize art techniques as well as individual expression. Home school classes, after school classes, adult classes and workshops and private groups are all available. During the summer our emphasis is on art and fun. Check our website for a schedule of art camps and classes. You’ll be amazed by what you create! Located at the Dougherty Farmhouse. This is the second season, and there is lots of opportunity for those new to gardening or for the seasoned gardener who doesn’t have a garden at their own home. The Quilters Garden offers a wonderland of high quality cotton fabrics and a large assortment of battings, threads, and embellishments for all your quilting needs. This friendly shop has a variety of beginners’ quilting classes, ranging from single class sessions at $15 to class series at $45. Classes take pace at Tolt Middle School November through June. All students residing within the boundaries of the Riverview School District are eligible to join. River View Drama is an all-volunteer program, and parent involvement is required. Elementary Program: for students in grades 3 thru 5. Meets Thursdays, 6pm. Middle School Program: for students in grades 6 thru 8. Meets Tuesdays, 6pm Tuition: $85/year. Sno Valley North Little League will be a place where children can come to learn about, enjoy and actively participate in all the activities that make baseball and softball such great games. This league will provide a safe, inclusive environment in which participants will learn about teamwork, commitment, good sportsmanship and the continued development of athletic skills. Exercise Class for Adults and Seniors M,W, F 9:30-10:45am, $30 for 10 classes. Tai Chi: 1st and 3rd Tuesdays, 9-10am, $5 per class. Hiking Club: Weekly May-September, $1-2 per hike. Call for schedule. Somatic Yoga for Seniors: Thursdays, 9-10:30am, $7 per class. Welcome to Snoqualmie Valley Music! Established in 2001, Snoqualmie Valley Music offers every level of the Musikgarten curriculum, Music & Movement classes for ages 0-5, pre-piano classes for kindergartners, and group piano instruction for 1-4th graders. Musikgarten classes are designed to nurture the child’s music aptitude by engaging children and their families in singing and movement activities. These activities help attune the ear, refine the voice, and develop a rhythmic body through which music can be expressed artfully. Dance instruction in tap, ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and aerobics. Age 3-adult. Parent/toddler classes. Dance year from September thru June. $30-$50/month.
