cover both technology diffusion and
commercialization activities.
Provision of S&T services that are beneficial
to industry, academe, government, nongovernment
organizations and the Filipino
people in general, was also prioritized
by ASTI. The S&T services offered were
mostly technical in nature. These include
management of the Domain Name System
(DNS) of government agencies; conduct
of technical trainings and seminars;
and provision of PREGINET services
such as network services and links,
server co-location, videoconferencing/
videostreaming, VoIP installation, etc.
