Brides can get married in the grounds and a reception can be held in the homestead’s Shed Café and Function Centre. Step back in time for that special occasion at Dundullimal Homestead and The Shed Function Centre. Dubbo’s oldest and most historic venue is now available for private hire. The restored homestead and gardens provide a truly unique setting for your wedding or celebration. The former machinery shed has been converted to create a function space that is in unison with its rural surrounds, yet intimate and sophisticated. Extra hour booking fee $250 p/hr or part there<strong>of</strong>. Bond: $1000 This fee is fully refundable at the Managers discretion. Applicable to any booking event. CATERING The hirer has the option <strong>of</strong> contracting a catering firm for any event. The hirer is responsible for all arrangements and notification to the caterer <strong>of</strong> this agreement. DECORATION & MARQUEES No additions or alterations may be made to the homestead or stables. Removable decorations that do not use glue may be put up in the Function Centre. The Property Event Manager retains the right to request the removal <strong>of</strong> any object that may damage the fabric <strong>of</strong> the building. Marquees can be erected on the northern lawn <strong>of</strong> the Function Centre (max 10 x 10m) and at additional sites around the property. The <strong>Trust</strong> provides access to the venue for marquee set-‐up from 9.00 on the day before the event. All marquees are to be dismantled on the day immediately following the function or as agreed with the Property Event Manager. A fee applies see Terms <strong>of</strong> Hire Agreement. MAP & DIRECTIONS Dundullimal is 2 minutes from Taronga Western Plains Zoo (turn right upon exiting the zoo). The site has good disabled access and a car park.
