You’ll learn about variousfibers and how to add texture, depth andcharacter to handwoven textiles. Catherinewill also demonstrate how to weave onsimple, portable frame looms, which willbe provided on a first-come, first-servedbasis to residents. Fiber will alsobe provided.Catherine is amember ofStudio 6, anartists’ cooperativeand gallery inCedarburg whichfeatures the work of localartists. A weaver since 1984, Catherineexhibits and sells her weavings at art fairsand galleries around Wisconsin.The workshop is free and open to thepublic.
