It that allows individuals <strong>to</strong> sell <strong>Digicel</strong> credit from their phone <strong>to</strong>a <strong>Digicel</strong> cus<strong>to</strong>mer’s phone via a USSD code.2. How does <strong>Phone</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>Phone</strong> <strong>Top</strong>-<strong>Up</strong> work?• With <strong>Phone</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>Phone</strong> <strong>Top</strong>-<strong>Up</strong>, a cus<strong>to</strong>mer will be able <strong>to</strong> add credit <strong>to</strong> another<strong>Digicel</strong> cus<strong>to</strong>mer’s prepaid account by purchasing credit from a <strong>Phone</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>Phone</strong>merchant (vendor).• Each vendor will have a <strong>Digicel</strong> mobile number that is provisioned <strong>for</strong> the service.This will allow the vendor <strong>to</strong> add credit <strong>to</strong> any valid <strong>Digicel</strong> prepaid number bysending the short code *150*970*password/client id*7digit number*amt#.3. What is the access number <strong>for</strong> <strong>Phone</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>Phone</strong> <strong>Top</strong>-<strong>Up</strong>?• The USSD short code is 150• This number can only be accessed by an authorized vendor with a phone numberthat has been registered <strong>for</strong> <strong>Phone</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>Phone</strong>.4. Can the service be access from any <strong>Digicel</strong> mobile phone?• Yes. The service can be accessed from any <strong>Digicel</strong> phone once the number has beenregistered on the <strong>Phone</strong> To <strong>Phone</strong> system.5. Can the service be access from a landline?• No. There service cannot be accessed from a landline or any other phone fromanother mobile service provider.• The service can only be accessed by a <strong>Digicel</strong> phone with a <strong>Digicel</strong> mobile numberthat has been registered on the <strong>Phone</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>Phone</strong> system.

• Note: <strong>Phone</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>Phone</strong> <strong>Top</strong>-<strong>Up</strong> uses variable voucher. There<strong>for</strong>e, the amount ofcredit that the cus<strong>to</strong>mer receives is the amount given minus the tax. Please seethe Variable Voucher FAQ <strong>for</strong> further details of how variable voucher works.11. What are the voucher denominations that will be available with <strong>Phone</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>Phone</strong> <strong>Top</strong>-<strong>Up</strong>?• <strong>Phone</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>Phone</strong> <strong>Top</strong>-<strong>Up</strong> uses Variable <strong>Top</strong>-<strong>Up</strong> which does not use voucherdenominations. Cus<strong>to</strong>mers will be able <strong>to</strong> <strong>to</strong>p-up with any dollar valueamount.• Reminder: The minimum <strong>to</strong>p-up amount allowed is $50.00. In addition, thevendor is only able <strong>to</strong> enter whole dollar values. There<strong>for</strong>e, the vendor will notbe able <strong>to</strong> send a request <strong>for</strong> $50.45.12. If a cus<strong>to</strong>mer accidentally provided the vendor with the incorrect mobile number can thetransaction be reversed?


• No. The transaction cannot be reversed once it has been completed.• Once the cus<strong>to</strong>mer confirms the number with the vendor, he/she will not be able<strong>to</strong> cancel nor reverse the transaction.• The vendor will also advise the cus<strong>to</strong>mer that credit cannot be transferred onceadded.• Cus<strong>to</strong>mer Care is not be able <strong>to</strong> transfer the credit either.15. What should a cus<strong>to</strong>mer do if he/she purchased credit using <strong>Phone</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>Phone</strong> <strong>Top</strong>-up butdid not receive the credit?• Contact <strong>Digicel</strong>’s Cus<strong>to</strong>mer Care by dialing 100 from any <strong>Digicel</strong> phone.• Provide the Cus<strong>to</strong>mer Care representative with the following in<strong>for</strong>mation:i. The phone number that should have been <strong>to</strong>pped-upii. The amount of money that the vendor was paidiii. The transaction numberiv. The time and date of the <strong>to</strong>p-up16.
