Distance learningf. <strong>Ministry</strong> reflection groupsg. Mentoring groups among deacons that meet to discuss ministry,exchange experiences, advance <strong>for</strong>mation, <strong>and</strong> encourage eacho<strong>the</strong>r in fidelityNORMS1. A program should be planned <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> first three years <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir diaconalministry. They should be supervised by a pastor appointedto this ministry by <strong>the</strong> diocesan bishop. The program should becoordinated by <strong>the</strong> director <strong>for</strong> deacon personnel. (251)2.
