For a married candidate, it should present anappraisal of his family’s stability and capacity to support his vocation, especially addressingthe status of his wife’s consent and her own integrity. Each year, the number of affirmativeand negative votes of the formation team and faculty regarding the continuance or separationof the candidate from formation is to be recorded. If there are abstentions, they areto be explained (CL, Enclosure III, 7, 8). The diocesan bishop expects the objective andcritical judgment of those who collaborate with him in formation.
