II, RA 9165 issued by Hon JudgeFernando G. Fuentes II of RTC, Br 49, Tagbilaran City, Bohol which resulted to theconfiscation of the following items; to wit:a. One (1) crumpled tin foil with residue of suspected white crystalline granules;b.Three (3) improvised tooter (tin foil);c. One (1) rolled tissue paper;d. One (1) improvised plastic straw refiller; ande. Two (2) disposable lighters.Arrested suspect Jumar Fajardo y Rosco @ Watwat is identified asmembers of Maquindang Group involved in illegal drugs activities operating inMunicipality of Tubigon and neighboring towns in Bohol province. The group waslisted in <strong>CIDG</strong> Target list and was headed by Nerio Maquindang and reportedlygetting their supply of illegal drugs from Cebu City. However, onDecember 2010 the permit to operate has expiredwhich resulted in its closure. Despite of havingexpired permit, they continuously manufacture,repairs, assemble and sold different calibers offirearms clandestinely thru the leadership of FLORITO ROBLE, the identified leaderof ROBLE Group, a CG involved in the manufacturing of illegally made firearms.All arrested persons and confiscated items were brought to 7RCIDU office fordocumentation and proper disposition except for the sixteen (16) extra heavyIndustrial Machines who were left inside said establishment duly received by COPDanao City for temporary custody and security. Case for Violation of Sec. 1 of PD1866 as Amended by RA 8294 was filed against FLORITO ROBLE (At-large) andthirteen (13) arrested suspects in Danao City Prosecutors Office docketed underNPS # VII-10-INQ-11G-001.
