On May 5, 2011 at about 6:30 PM in Purok 3, Brgy Camputhaw, CebuCity, the multi-agency task force against illegal drugs composed of the different lawenforcement unit in Cebu City to include Metro Cebu CIDT, 7RCIDU led by PSIRICKY P. NERON, arrested one (1) GEMMA GO y CABAHUG, 57 yoa, marriedand a resident of Purok 3, Brgy Camputhaw, Cebu City during the conduct of buybustoperation and the confiscation of MOL 2.08 grams of shabu with anestimated DDB value of Php 10, 400.00, weighing scale and assorted drugparaphernalia’s. Cases for Violation of Sec.5 & 11, Art II of RA 9165 were filedagainst the suspect docketed under CC # CBU-92377 & CBU-92378, respectively.4. On May 27, 2011 at about 6:30 AM, elements of CEBU CIDT-7RCIDUled by PCI FERMIN D ARMENDAREZ III, implemented SW # 13-05-2011-10 forViolation of RA 9165 against subject CALOY ABALO in his residence located atSitio Siaboc, Brgy Bulacao, Talisay City, Cebu. Said SW was issued by Hon JudgeSOLIVER C PERAS of RTC Branch-10 Cebu City dated May 20, 2011. Theoperation resulted in the seizure of MOL 8.40 grams of shabu with an estimatedmarket value of Php55,000.00, assorted drug paraphernalia’s and cash moneyamounting to seventy-three thousand pesos ( Php73,000.00). Subject CALOYABALO is reportedly new and the most active member of the “CAPALA Group”,was not around during the raid, however, charges for Violation of Sec 11, Art 2 ofRA 9165 was filed against him regularly at the Talisay City Prosecutors Officedocketed under NPS # VII-IS-INV-11F-00141.5. On June 25, 2011 at about 4:00am Sitio Suba, Brgy. Centro, Tubigon,Bohol joints elements of Bohol, CIDT, Tubigon PS, BPPO Tracker Team andBohol, PDEA led by PI ARSENIO MAGLENTE JR. conducted police operation inthe residence of Joselito Subrado @ Jojo and Aquilina Subrado @ Inday byvirtue of SW # 33-2001 and 34-2011 for Viol of sec. 11 & 12, Art. II, RA 9165issued by Hon Judge Fernando G. Fuentes II of RTC, Br 49, Tagbilaran City, Boholwhich resulted to the confiscation of MOL .40 gms of shabu worth Php5,000.00.Arrested suspects Joselito Subrado @ Jojo and Aquilina Subrado @ Inday areidentified as members of Maquindang Group involved in illegal drugs activitiesoperating in Municipality of Tubigon and neighboring towns in Bohol province. Thegroup was listed in CIDG Target list and was headed by Nerio Maquindang andreportedly getting their supply of illegal drugs from Cebu City. Arrested personstogether with the confiscated items were brought to Bohol CIDT office for properdisposition. Cases for Viol of sections 11, Art. II, RA 9165 was before the ProvincialProsecutor’s Office of Bohol docketed under NPS- Nr. VII-02-INQ-11F-00574.6. On June 25, 2011 at about 4:00am Sitio Suba, Brgy. Centro, Tubigon, Boholjoints elements of Bohol, CIDT, Tubigon PS, and Bohol, PDEA led by PI ARSENIOMAGLENTE JR. conducted police operation in the residence of Jumar Fajardo y Roscol@ Watwat by virtue of SW # 31-2001 and 32-2011 for Viol of sec. 11 & 12, Art. II, RA9165 issued by Hon Judge Fernando G. Fuentes II of RTC, Br 49, Tagbilaran City, Boholwhich resulted in the seizure of the following items; to wit:a. One (1) crumpled tin foil with residue of suspected white crystalline granules;b. Three (3) improvised tooter (tin foil);c. One (1) rolled tissue paper;d. One (1) improvised plastic straw refiller; ande. Two (2) disposable lighters.Arrested suspect Jumar Fajardo y Rosco @ Watwat is identified asmembers of Maquindang Group involved in illegal drugs activities operating inMunicipality of Tubigon and neighboring towns in Bohol province. The group waslisted in CIDG Targetlist and was headed by Nerio Maquindang and reportedlygetting their supply of illegal drugs from Cebu City. Arrested persons together withthe confiscated items were brought to Bohol CIDT office for proper disposition.Cases for Viol of sections 11 & 12, Art. II, RA 9165 was before the ProvincialProsecutor’s Office of Bohol docketed under NPS- Nr. VII-02-INV-11F-02184 &NPS Nr. VII-02-INV-11F-02185.
