Manual TCP-Calibration unitTo enable the fastest possible exchange of the T2X dosers andguaranteed short production stops we could recommend ourT2X calibration unit to calibrate the TCP of all dosers in orderto have a nominal value of all dosers TCP. First all spare dosersshould be calibrated, thereafter every doser should be recalibratedwhen they are being refurbished.Collision detectionDepending on the design of the production process, the dosercan hit other objects in various frequencies. If this happens veryoften we recommend that one should consider buying a collisiondetection from Teamster. This will both indicate and alarm incase a collision would occur and take the collision force awayfrom the doser protecting it from damage.OPC & IT solutionsOPC gives a maximum of flexible communication solutions toany shop floor.
