Manual TCP-Calibration unitTo enable the fastest possible exchange of the <strong>T2X</strong> <strong>doser</strong>s <strong>and</strong>guaranteed short production stops we could recommend our<strong>T2X</strong> calibration unit to calibrate the TCP of all <strong>doser</strong>s in orderto have a nominal value of all <strong>doser</strong>s TCP. First all spare <strong>doser</strong>sshould be calibrated, thereafter every <strong>doser</strong> should be recalibratedwhen they are being refurbished.Collision detectionDepending on the design of the production process, the <strong>doser</strong>can hit other objects in various frequencies. If this happens veryoften we recommend that one should consider buying a collisiondetection from <strong>Teamster</strong>.
