IV.The narrative and implementation schedule that follow outline actions andestimated costs <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> recovery program. This chapter is a guide <strong>for</strong> meeting<strong>the</strong> objective discussed in <strong>the</strong> plan. The schedule indicates task priorities, tasknumbers, task descriptions, duration of tasks, <strong>the</strong> responsible agencies, andlastly, estimated costs. These actions, when accomplished, should bring about<strong>the</strong> recovery of <strong>the</strong> species and protect its habitat. It should be noted that <strong>the</strong>estimated monetary needs <strong>for</strong> all parties involved in recovery are identified and<strong>the</strong>re<strong>for</strong>e, this reflects <strong>the</strong> total estimated financial requirements <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong>implementation of <strong>the</strong> plan <strong>for</strong> recovery of this species. This section summarizesonly direct agency costs of achieving recovery.
