These areincluded as a component of administrative expenses.Fiduciary activitiesAssets managed by the Bank in its capacity as a nominee, trustee oragent are not assets of the Bank and are accordingly not included inthese financial statements.Segment reportingThe Bank did not decide to disclose segment information as itsequity is not publicly traded and it is not in the process of issuingequity or debt securities in public securities markets. A<strong>dd</strong>itionally,the Bank’s segment information is part of consolidated financialstatements of Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG Vienna.Regulatory requirementsThe Bank is subject to the regulatory requirements of the Bank ofSlovenia. These regulations include limits and other restrictionspertaining to minimum capital adequacy requirements, theclassification of loans and off balance sheet commitments andprovisioning to cover credit risk, liquidity, interest rate and foreigncurrency position. As of 31 December <strong>2007</strong>, the Bank was incompliance with all regulatory requirements.Related partiesRelated parties are those counter parties that represent: enterprisesthat directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries,control, or are controlled by, or are under common control by, thereporting enterprise; key management personnel, that is, thosepersons having the authority and responsibility for planning, directingand controlling the activities of the Group, including directors andofficers of the Bank and close members of the families of suchindividuals; and enterprises in which a substantial interest in thevoting power is owned directly or indirectly by any person describedabove or over which such a person is able to exercise a significantinfluence.
