Register Print FormatYou can designate the SPS-320 printer to print either a receipt, or a sales journal. If youselect journal format, the preamble/postamble will not print. If you select receipt format, thepreamble/postamble will print and the receipt will feed sufficiently for paper tear-off.1. From the MANAGER MODE menu press 3 to set the receipt format:REG. PRINTING FORMATREGISTER PRINTING ISCURRENTLY RECEIPTTO SET TO JOURNALPRESS YES AND ENTERStop Register Printing2. The REG. PRINTING FORMAT screen displays. Press the YES/NO key totoggle from receipt to journal format. The screen will display the current status.Press CASH to set the new format.You can turn the register printer to an on or off condition. In the off condition transactionswill not be printed, but reports will continue to print, if requested.1.
