Group ProgrammingUp to 99 groups (the exact number is determined by memory allocation) are available tosummarize PLU sales. Group totals appear on reports, so that you can track sales of differenttypes of items. The group descriptors programmed here will replace the default descriptorsGROUP 1 through GROUP 99 that appear on reports. Each PLU can report totals to one, two or three different groups. If a PLU sendstotals to more than one group, the group total that appears on the Group reportwill not represent PLU sales. Therefore, you also have the option of decidingwhether each group's total will add to the group total on the Group report.To Program Groups1. At the PGM control lock position menu, press 1 for GROUP.
