For The Year!
During your tenure as class president and/or membership chair,
one of your main responsibilities is to select a plan for your annual
class membership mailings. See pages 4-5 and fill out the Printing
and Mailing form and mail or fax directly to: Cornell University,

Follow these simple steps:
1 Review each plan
Each plan is composed of pre-selected
templates shown in this booklet.

2 Select Your Plan
by filling out the form on pages 4-5.
3 Mail or fax your forms
to your Class & Reunion Programs,
Membership Office by February 1, 2011.

Ezra Plans
Each version of the Ezra Plan was created to keep
the membership cycle simple and easy! Review
pages 8-25. You only need to fill out the form on
pages 4-5. You will receive a draft of each mailing for
your review for any editorial changes or additions.
When you are completely satisfied with each mailing,
please fax a copy of the DRAFT FORM with your
signature and approval back to the Membership staff.
By signing this form the staff will proceed with the
printing and mailing of all your membership notices.
Select the Ezra Plan and spend the rest of the year
planning events or creating other class activities.
If you want to customize the text on any mailing,
just let us know.
