Conditions of Use - Bicycle LockersBicycle Locker Conditions of UseThe lockers will be made available to the public on the following conditions:• The use of bicycle lockers is free of charge.• Only one locker (throughout the ACT), will be issued per person.• Agreement periods commence when the Locker-user signs the Usage Agreement.The term of the agreement will be for periods of up to 12 months. Agreements willexpire on 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December. This will be writtenon the Usage Agreement.• The Locker-user will need to supply a suitable padlock to secure the locker.• No-one, other than person named in the agreement, is to use the locker.• The Locker-user will not store anything in the locker other than a bicycle andhelmet.• The Locker-user will keep the inside of the locker clean and clear of rubbish; andwill always keep the locker locked except when present.• Prior to the expiration of the Usage Agreement, the Locker-user will contactCanberra Connect on 132281 and arrange for the agreement to be renewed orcancelled. The Locker-user must remove everything from the locker within 14 daysafter expiry or cancellation of the agreement.• If the agreement is not renewed by the expiration date, the Territory will attemptto contact the Locker-user by email or mail.• If the Usage Agreement is not renewed within 14 days after the expiration date,the contents of the locker will be removed and the locks changed. The contentsremoved from locker will be stored at 255 Canberra Ave Fyshwick for 3 monthsprior to disposal.• The Territory is not liable for any loss or damage to items stored in the locker.• The Territory has the right to arrange for the locker to be opened for inspection ormaintenance with 7 days notice.Damage to the locker should be reported immediately to Canberra Connect on132281.Persons who do not comply with the Conditions of Use will have their agreementterminated immediately and the locker will be allocated to someone else. The person willbe given 7 days to remove items from the locker. Otherwise, the contents of the lockerwill be removed and the locks changed.
