Chapter 5 – Environmental Consequences5.5.13.3.2 Impacts from Range ConstructionNo ImpactsThe current number of Soldiers stationed and training at FTC and PCMS would remain the same. Noadditional range facilities would be constructed. Consequently, there would be no impacts to airspaceresources.5.5.13.3.3 Impacts from Live-Fire TrainingNo ImpactsThe number of required live-fire user days per year at FTC would continue at current levels. Noadditional impacts to airspace resources would occur. No live-fire training occurs at PCMS, so noimpacts would occur at PCMS.5.5.13.3.4 Impacts from Maneuver TrainingLess Than Significant ImpactsManeuver training intensity and frequency at FTC and PCMS would remain at levels seen today.Airspace restrictions and UAV flights in support of maneuver training at FTC would continue in theircurrent conditions. Thus, less than significant impacts are expected. No UAV flights are conducted inthe airspace over PCMS. Therefore, no impacts to airspace resources at PCMS are expected5.5.14 Energy Demand and GenerationTable 5-65 lists the potential energy impacts associated with implementation of Alternative D. Underthe No Action Alternative, the 2/25 th SBCT would not be stationed at any of the alternative locations,and therefore no SBCT-specific energy impacts would occur.
