Consequently, impacts to land <strong>us</strong>e and recreation ca<strong>us</strong>ed by live-fire training wouldbe less than significant.5.5.6.3 Colorado5.5.6.3.1 Impacts from Cantonment ConstructionNo ImpactsThe current number of Soldiers stationed and training at FTC and PCMS would remain the same.However, some additional cantonment facilities would be constructed to meet the needs of theunaccompanied Soldiers that are currently ho<strong>us</strong>ed off post. This construction is expected to occur inprevio<strong>us</strong>ly disturbed areas within the cantonment. Consequently, there would be no impacts to land<strong>us</strong>e or recreation.5.5.6.3.2 Impacts from Range ConstructionNo ImpactsThe current number of Soldiers stationed and training at FTC and PCMS would remain the same.Therefore, no additional range facilities would be constructed. Consequently, there would be noimpacts to land <strong>us</strong>e or recreation.5.5.6.3.3 Impacts from Live-Fire TrainingLess Than Significant ImpactsThe number of required live-fire <strong>us</strong>er days per year at FTC would be near current levels.Implementation of FTC’s institutional programs and associated land management practices wouldcontinue. Consequently, impacts to land <strong>us</strong>e and recreation ca<strong>us</strong>ed by live-fire training would be lessthan significant.
