Of that total, 212 pertained to the Proposed Action in Hawaii, 11 pertained to the ProposedAction in Colorado, two were not location specific, and three were from Federal agencies commenting onthe project as a whole. The comments received during the comment period and the Army’s responses tothose comments are summarized in an appendix to the F<strong>EIS</strong>.The Army anticipates a decision on the implementation of the Proposed Action in March 2008.
