The exact term being a …“Notice of Irrevocable Estoppel by Acquiescence”Alongside this NOTICE, we attached a FEE Schedule, so that if theBANK OF IRELAND / ICS Building Society wished to use the nameDarrell O’Dea or any of its derivatives, then they would have to paya fee for the use of the name in advance of using it in any manner.Now the BANK were getting into potentially very deep and hotwater. The next three pages explains this far better than we could doit justice. This next letter was issued on 13 th July 2010 Anno Domini.We did not want or wish to have to resort to using this method toward off the BANK OF IRELAND / ICS Building Society, although itdoes seem to have done the trick to some extent.Please read on …~ 52 ~
