The exact term being a …“Notice of Irrevocable Estoppel by Acquiescence”Alongside this NOTICE, we attached a FEE Schedule, so that if theBANK OF IRELAND / ICS Building Society wished to use the nameDarrell O’Dea or any of its derivatives, then they would have to paya fee for the use of the name in advance of using it in any manner.Now the BANK were getting into potentially very deep and hotwater.
