Bank Mandate - General Terms & Conditions1. Bank Mandateshall be in favor of 'NJ India InvestPrivateLimited'. (Hereinafter'NJ')2. The Client name MUSTmatchwith the name registeredwith NJ as per the UCC.3. The Bank detailsin the Bank MandateMUSTmatchwith registeredbank detailsin Client's TradingAccount.4. The Transactionvalue and brokeragecharges,if any, shall be debitedfrom Client's bank account.5. The Bank Mandatewill be initiallyverifiedat NJ Corporateoffice & then sent to the serviceprovider/Bankfor furtherregistration.6. Mandateregistrationshall take 30 working days to get registeredfrom the date of submissionof Mandateat NJ PSC subject to Bankconfirmation.7. Client bank may charge for activating any such services from the Client's account. Neither NJ nor its service provider shall be heldresponsibleor bear any such charges.8. Client shall ensuresufficientbalancein his/herbank accountfor successfulprocessingof Transactions.9. Mandate format is subject to change as per the guidelines received from RBI/Bank or other concerned governmental or statutoryauthorities. On receiving any such intimation from RBI or Bank, NJ or its service provider may change the Mandate without priornoticeto the Client's & Transactionsmay be rejectedby NJ or its serviceprovideror Client's Bank due to any such change.NeitherNJnor its serviceprovidershall be held responsiblefor any such rejections.10. The mandate can also be used for collection of all kind of DP charges including Annual MaintenanceCharges from the Client's bankaccount.11. NJ reservesrights to changethe terms and conditionsfrom time to time.12.
