Bank Mandate - General Terms & Conditions1. Bank Mandateshall be in favor of 'BSE Limited'. (Hereinafter'BSE')2. The Client name MUSTmatchwith the name registeredwith NJ as per the UCC.3. The Bank detailsin the Bank MandateMUSTmatchwith registeredbank detailsin Client's TradingAccount.4. The Transactionvalue and brokeragecharges,if any, shall be debitedfrom Client's bank account.5. Mandateregistrationshall take 30 working days to get registeredfrom the date of submissionof Mandateat NJ PSC subject to BankConfirmation.6. Client bank may charge for activating any such services from the Client's account. Neither NJ nor its service provider shall be heldresponsibleor bear any such charges.7. Client shall ensuresufficientbalancein Client’s bank accountfor successfulprocessingof Transactions.8. Mandate format is subject to change as per the guidelines received from BSE or RBI/Bank or other concerned governmental orstatutory authorities.On receiving any such intimation from RBI or Bank or any other concernedparty, NJ or its service provider maychange the Mandate without prior notice to the Client's & Transactions may be rejected by NJ or its service provider or Client's Bankdue to any such change.NeitherNJ nor its serviceprovidershall be held responsiblefor any such rejections.9. Paymentcollectionwill be done by BSE for any SIP whichis registeredon the Mandateregisteredwith BSE.10. If the installmentamountis not receivedby BSE on or beforeSIP installmentdate, SIP Installmentwill be cancelledby BSE.11. For cancelledinstallment,collectedamountwill be refundedto client registeredbank account.12. NJ reservesrights to changethe terms and conditionsfrom time to time.13.
