SMS ALERT FACILITYand its officials from any damages, claims, demands,proceedings, loss, cost, charges and expenseswhatsoever, which depository may at any time incur,sustain, suffer or be put as a consequence of or arisingout of interference with or misuse, improper orfraudulent use of the services by the BO.Amendments:The depository may amend the terms and conditionsat any time with or without giving any prior notice to theBOs. Any such amendments shall be binding on theBOs who are already registered as user of this service.Governing law and jurisdiction:Providing the service as outlined above shall begoverned by the laws of India and will be subject to theexclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat.The BO wishes to avail the SMS alerts facility providedby the depository on BO's mobile number provided inthe registration form subject to the terms andconditions mentioned below. The BO consents toCDSL providing to the service provider suchinformation pertaining to account/transactions inBO's account as is necessary for the purposes ofgenerating SMS Alerts by service provider, to be sentto the said mobile number.The BO has read and understood the terms andconditions mentioned above and agrees to abide bythem and any amendments thereto made by thedepository from time to time. BO further undertakes topay fee/ charges as may be levied by the depositoryfrom time to time.The BO further understands that the SMS alerts wouldbe sent for a maximum four ISINs at a time.
