Over€45,000m have been gathered <strong>in</strong> customer funds, consist<strong>in</strong>g of deposits and promissorynotes; the bank has cont<strong>in</strong>ued to ga<strong>in</strong> market share <strong>in</strong> payrolls and pensions and, accord<strong>in</strong>gto FRS, it has grown 20 basis po<strong>in</strong>ts <strong>in</strong> the first supplier share, to 10.6% (not <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g Unnim).<strong>BBVA</strong> has launched the “<strong>2012</strong> Customer Strategy Plan” with a twofold objective: 1) to attractnew customers and 2) to <strong>in</strong>crease the loyalty of exist<strong>in</strong>g customers. The follow<strong>in</strong>g are some ofthe actions undertaken to achieve these objectives: The start of the “Plan S<strong>in</strong>ergias” to attractnew customers.
