Proline Promass 83 Modbus RS485Operation5.7.2 Configuring the device addressThe device address must always be configured for a Modbus slave. The valid device addresses arein a range from 1 to 247. In a Modbus RS485 network, each address can only be assigned once. Ifan address is not configured correctly, the device is not recognized by the Modbus master.
