B. Must meet academic requirements as stated in the Board policyEXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITY PARTICIPATION.C. Students must carry school insurance that is paid for by the individual, or they mustcarry a comparable insurance.D. If the school attends cheerleader clinic, each cheerleader must attend.E. Cheerleaders must attend summer practices.F. Cheerleaders must attend a full day of school in order to cheer for that night's game,unless prior permission is given by the sponsor.G. Each cheerleader is expected to participate fully in activities such as fund raisers,sign painting, decorating, or any spirit promotions.H. If a cheerleader quits or is suspended from the squad at any point during the year,he or she forfeits all privileges and rights of a cheerleader.I. If a cheerleader is dismissed for disciplinary reasons, that cheerleader cannot try outfor that squad again without permission from the sponsor and/or principal.V. TRANSPORTATIONTransportation will comply with the policy for Field Trips and Excursions (4.15). Whencheerleader transportation is provided and scheduled to leave at a certain time, thosewho do not arrive on time may be left. The cheerleader will not be allowed to drive tothe game and cheer.VI. GAMESA. Cheerleaders will cheer all games on weekdays. They will also cheer on weekendsin the event of playoffs, championships, etc.B. No one will miss a game, except for unavoidable cause as determined by sponsorand principal, without prior permission from the sponsor.C. Cheerleaders must be in complete and correct uniform in order to cheer.VII. UNIFORMSA. Up-keep of uniforms:1. Cheerleaders are responsible for keeping their uniforms clean and in goodcondition.B. Purchase and rental of uniforms:A. The cost for uniforms in any given school year is not to exceed $500 per student.The purchase of uniform(s) is not the responsibility of the parents. School sponsoredfund-raisers will be made available for each cheerleader to raise the money to pay for
