Public meetings may be openly recorded or photographed by persons inattendance, subject to such reasonable rules and procedures as the Board maypromulgate, and provided such recording does not otherwise disrupt the conduct of themeeting.Adopted: 03/23/78Revised: 07/18/89; 09/11/01; 10/27/05REQUEST TO APPEAR ON BOARD AGENDA2.08The following procedure will be followed by individuals requesting toappear on the Board Agenda:Concerns will be channeled through the appropriate administrative levels,beginning with the local school principal. If the concerns are not/cannot besatisfactorily addressed at the local school level, they may be brought to theattention of the Superintendent. If, in the event that the concerns cannot besettled by said procedures, the individual(s) may request through theSuperintendent to be placed on the agenda to address concerns to the Board.All requests must be made five (5) days prior to the next meeting and thereason given to be placed on the agenda.Emergencies are expected and will be determined by the Superintendentand/or chairman.Adopted: 11/18/86
