8 Patient RecordsRETRIEVING ORDERS1. Press [Home].2. Press [Send/Rec].3. Select Get Patient Orders.4. Specify the criteria for the orders:NOTE:Entries are not case sensitive.a. To receive all current orders, leave all fields blank.b. To receive orders for a given department only, select theappropriate department.c. To receive a specific order, enter the order number in Order #.d. To receive orders for a specific patient, enter the patient ID(MRN) in ID#.5. Press [Send/Rec].After a few seconds the <strong>Atria</strong> displays a list of all orders that meet thecriteria specified above.6. Select the orders:a. To select all records, hold down [Alt] and then press [1].b. To de-select all records, hold down [Alt] and then press [2].c. To select or de-select individual records, highlight the record andpress [Select].Selected records display with a brace (<strong>Atria</strong> 3100) or a checkmark(<strong>Atria</strong> <strong>6100</strong>) in front of the record.7. Press [Send/Rec].After a few seconds the <strong>Atria</strong> begins downloading the records and indicatesthe progress of the download.NOTE: If the system has previously downloaded ordersthat are not yet filled and these orders become obsolete, thenthe old orders are automatically removed from the systemduring this procedure.
