8 Patient RecordsCode Record Status DetailHold Hold Prevents sending the record if SendAll New or Selected ECGs is selected.Prevents auto-deletion of the record.• Delete Record—Deletes the selected patient record.!CautionData loss. Deleting a patient record permanently removes the record.Once deleted, a record can not be recovered.Enter New PatientTo create one or more patient files prior to recording any ECGs, use theEnter New Patient selection in the directory. This feature allows you to inputdemographics into the directory in advance of taking an ECG, which laterreduces the time required to acquire the report.1. Press [Directory].2. Press [Next] to scroll to Enter New Patient.3. Press [Select].4. The DisplayMenu>Edit Patient Data display appears. Enter the patient’sID number, last name, first name, date of birth, gender, and as manyother fields as required or as time will allow.Atria automatically creates a file for the patient.Print DirectoryTo print all patient records currently stored in the directory, select the PrintDirectory option in the directory.1.
