How to Display a Patient Record• Print Median Complex Report—To review the averaged beatsfor a record on an interpretive Atria, the median complex isused as the basis for all computerized analyses.NOTE: Chart speed is fixed at 50 mm/s and the artifactfilter is always off.• Print Measurement Matrix—To review the numerical data for arecord. The measurement matrix contains numerical data,such as P wave duration (“PDUR”) derived from the mediancomplex for the record.NOTE: This report is available on an interpretive Atriaonly. For detailed information on this report, see“Measurement Matrix” on pg. 12-1.• Print Rhythm Report—Prints a rhythm report (12-leads, all 10seconds of the ECG data).• Show Status—Shows the date and time of the record andrecord status. The status of a record is important, especiallywhen transmitting to an EMR system. Record statusdetermines which records are retained if the directorybecomes full (see “Automatic deletion when the Directory isfull” on pg. 8-6).The table below details record status codes:Code Record Status DetailDemogr Demographics Only The record contains only patientdemographic information.
