8 Patient Records• Delete All Records—Permanently deletes all records.!CautionData loss. Deleting a patient record permanently removes the record.Once deleted, a record can not be recovered.How to Display a Patient Record1. Select View Patient Directory and then select a patient.The ECG Review menu displays.NOTE: The system also automatically displays the ECGReview menu after taking an ECG.NOTE: Additional communications menu items may bedisplayed, depending on the options available and set up. Press [Select] to select the displayed option.• Acquire New ECG on Same Patient—The Atria acquires a newECG using the current patient’s demographics.• Print copy of this ECG—Prints a copy of the saved ECG.NOTE: If the directory contains additional unprintedECGs, a prompt is displayed to print all unprinted ECGs oronly the current ECG.• Print Plain Paper ECG—Only available if a external printerhas previously been configured.• Edit Demographics—Update patient demographics. For moreinformation on patient demographic fields, see “PatientDemographics” on pg. 7-7.NOTE: If you edit age, gender, race, medication, or clinicalclassification after acquisition, an interpretive Atriaprovides the option to reanalyze the data. Any changes ininterpretation are included in future printouts. If you do notreanalyze the data, edits are not saved.• Change Speed, Gain, or Filter—Change printer speed, signalgain, or filter settings. Print settings for saved records can bechanged once the record is reprinted (changes affect theselected record only).NOTE: These settings can be changed at the Home screenusing the [7], [8], or [9] keys before ECG acquisition.
