If the Home screen is not displayed, press [Home].2. Press [Patient].3. Press [Select] to display the Patient ID entry field.4. Enter patient information and press [Select]. The next entry field automaticallydisplays.NOTE: To review or change an entry, press the [Back] keyor use [Previous] or [Next] and to scroll to a field and thenpress [Select] to enter or change the information.5.
