10 TroubleshootingPrintingNOTE: For information on troubleshooting your plainpaper printer, refer to the printer’s Operator Manual.PROBLEMPaper jammed or misaligned.Print quality is very light.Print quality is very dark.Problems using full format paper.Report is printing STAT in the Patient IDfield of the report.PROBABLE CAUSE• The Atria not used for extended periodof time with paper installed. Reloadpaper, see “Loading Recording Paper”on pg. 2-5.• The Atria is being used withunapproved paper. Use only CardiacScience Corporation -approved paper.• Paper type in use is Assurance, butpaper type selected in system settingsis HeartLine. Change paper type insettings to Assurance (see “PaperType” on pg. 4-13).• The Atria is being used withunapproved paper.
