However,construction using unskilled labour took three times as long as a traditional interior with a professionalbuilding team. Within the framework of this test case, this aspect was deemed acceptable as more timespent on the project meant more training for the ex-detainees. For commercial upscaling of thisconcept, this aspect could be optimised by using offsite prefab production and linking this with technicalsecondary education.Image 7.
