The clamp can be closed in very fineincrements, allowing appropriate reduction of the fragments.The feed rod has a 3 mm cannulation, permitting insertion ofa guide wire to hold the reduction.Caution: Continued advancement of the feed rod may generateexcessive clamping forces.
