For example, psychosocial <strong>risks</strong> at work can be analysedwith a mental workload screen<strong>in</strong>g. However, <strong>the</strong> use of a checklist or screen<strong>in</strong>g canonly be a part of analys<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong> hazards <strong>and</strong> <strong>risks</strong> at work. It should not be used exclusively:always use o<strong>the</strong>r sources of <strong>in</strong>formation as well.Step 2 — Evaluat<strong>in</strong>g <strong>and</strong> prioritis<strong>in</strong>g <strong>risks</strong>Not all of <strong>the</strong> identified <strong>risks</strong> <strong>and</strong> hazards will have <strong>the</strong> same importance nor can <strong>the</strong>yall be addressed at <strong>the</strong> same time. It is recommended to prioritise with<strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>risks</strong> <strong>and</strong>hazards <strong>and</strong> to agree which ones should be tackled first. Improv<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong> work<strong>in</strong>g conditionsshould be seen as a cont<strong>in</strong>uous improvement process of your facility, whichstarts with more urgent <strong>risks</strong> <strong>and</strong> hazards <strong>and</strong> cont<strong>in</strong>uously moves on to o<strong>the</strong>r relatedtopics to establish a safe, <strong>health</strong>y <strong>and</strong> productive work environment.29
