JOHN 4 LORD (NATHAN (NATHANIEL) 3 , JOHN (I) 2 , UNKNOWN 1 ) was born 1812 in <strong>NY</strong> State, and died Aft. 1880 inWayne Co., PA. He married MAY UNKNOWN Abt. 1836 in PA. She was born 1810 in PA.Notes for JOHN LORD:Family #21, page 82, Manchester Twnp., Wayne Co., Pa. The age discrepancy could be questioned, except one<strong>Lord</strong> descendant said <strong>the</strong>re were stories <strong>of</strong> a <strong>John</strong> <strong>Lord</strong> who married an older woman after she had a child or twoby him, <strong>the</strong>y lived “on <strong>the</strong> Pennsylvania side”.This family fits <strong>the</strong> story. Trying to chase <strong>the</strong>m thru a census track added to age discrpancy—adults ANDchildren. Both appear to be in Wayne Co., Pa, Manchester Twnp., 1880, he listed as 68—she as 73. They have noidentifying children in <strong>the</strong> home, but do have a 9 year old granddaughter, Alma Dexter, she, her parents b.
