Proceed<strong>in</strong>g of the 4 rd International Symposium“NEW RESEARCH IN BIOTECHNOLOGY” USAMV Bucharest, Romania, 2011at harvest period are lower than maximum quantities allowed by standards for freshtomatoes fruits (300 ppm), the lower value be<strong>in</strong>g found for Lady Rosa F1.Regard<strong>in</strong>g phosphates and potassium it can be observed that the quantities aregrow<strong>in</strong>g dur<strong>in</strong>g <strong>de</strong>velopment and have high values at harvest which means a very goodquality of tomatoes especially <strong>in</strong> the case of Lady Rosa F1.The results of biochemical parameters of tomatoes fruits are presented <strong>in</strong> Table 2.220Nocrt.Table 2. The ascorbic acid levels <strong>in</strong> fresh fruits analyzed reveal that Menhir F1 has thehighest value of 16,1 mg/100g fresh fruit and the low level it was found at Amanda F1 with12,625 mg/100g fresh fruit.Regard<strong>in</strong>g the soluble gluci<strong>de</strong>s the most tasty cultivar is Amanda F1 with 4,798%concentration of soluble gluci<strong>de</strong>s and also this variety has the high pH of 4,65 comparewith Lady Rosa F1 and Menhir F1 which have 4,375 respectively 4,275.Regard<strong>in</strong>g lycopene quantities the highest value was found at Lady Rosa F1cultivar, this variety hav<strong>in</strong>g the most <strong>in</strong>tense red color compare with the other two cultivars.4. CONCLUSIONSIn the case of agrochemical parameters analyzed it can be say that the nitratesquantities have <strong>de</strong>creased at all varieties tested and the lower value it was found at LadyRosa F1 with 198,3 ppm.Regard<strong>in</strong>g phosphates and potassium accumulation, these two parameters be<strong>in</strong>gresponsible for a good resistance at transport and shelf life of the fruits, all varietiesaccumulated, dur<strong>in</strong>g vegetative <strong>de</strong>velopment high quantities and the best results was foundat Lady Rosa F1 cultivar.From the po<strong>in</strong>t of view of biological factors analyzed all of varieties testedrevealed good results. The high concentration <strong>in</strong> ascorbic acid was found at Menhir F1 andthe highest concentration of gluci<strong>de</strong>s was found at Amanda F1 cultivar. Regard<strong>in</strong>g totalacidity and lycopene concentration the Lady Rosa F1 had the best results.In conclusion all cultivars testes have the quality standards for human consumptionand the best results were found at LADY ROSA F1 cultivar.REFERENCES1.
